Scott & Co Estate Agents (Trading as Nexus Legal Services UK Ltd) has been operating in the Burnley area since 2003 and is well known in the Burnley community.

The offices are situated in a very prominent situation on the corner of Queen Victoria Road and Briercliffe Road which is the main road to the hospital. The area is very busy with a supermarket and other shops in Briercliffe shopping centre, Colne Road is only a couple of hundred yards away and the town centre less than a mile away.

Although we did not intend opening a management company we found ourselves guided towards it as investors who were purchasing properties on a buy to let basis asked us if we could manage them as well.

We get many prospective buyers and tenants in the office everyday and we never have an empty property for long, it can be hours not days.

Paul Whitehead owned a remedial company through the 1990s and has been in the building trade most of his working life, therefore is well used to the surveying and managing of properties and the day to day running of a refurbishment from start to finish.

Mike Woods used to run a software company selling bespoke accounting packages so he is used to complex  accounting which stands him in good stead for the lettings department.
